Here is the timetable for our Positive Mental Health Week:

Dé hAoine 23ú MF – Bróga Cróga

Friday 23rd September – Brave Shoes Day.

Dé Luain 26ú MF – Alan Ó Meara 9:20-10:20 (bl 5)

                            10:55 – 11:55 (bl 6)

On Monday, Cavan goalkeeper, founder of Real Talks and author of The Best is Yet to Come, Alan O’Mara, will provide a workshop promoting positive mental health for both 5th and 6th year students.

Dé Céadaoin 28ú MF – 10:00 – 11:00 Walk In My Shoes (St. Patrick’s Mental Services) (bl 6)

On Wednesday, 6th years will attend a talk provided by a guest speaker from St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services.

9:00-10:40 Humourfit – dráma faoi bhulaíocht –  (bl 1)

First year students will attend a drama based on the topic of bullying.

11:00 – 12:30 Humourfit – ‘Hooked’ faoi alcól agus dhrugaí – (bl 2)

Second year students will attend a drama based on the topic of substance abuse and the use of alcohol and drugs.

13:30 – 15:00 Humourfit – ‘Hooked’ faoi alcól agus dhrugaí – (bl 3)

Third year students will attend a drama based on the topic of substance abuse and the use of alcohol and drugs.

Déardaoin 29ú MF – 13:25 – 14:05 Stephen Rice – (bl 5)

Former Shamrock Rover player, Stephen Rice, will speak to fifth year pupils about the role of physical health and nutrition in order to maintain a happy, balanced lifestyle.

19ú Eanáir

Beidh Bl 4 ar fad ag dul go Luimneach ar an 19ú Eanáir chun freastal ar an Tionól ‘Cycle Against Suicide’.

All Transition Year pupils will attend the Cycle Against Suicide Student’s Congress in Limerick in January.
