Cycle against Suicide

D’fhreastail 65 as bliain a ceathair ar an gComhdháil in Ollscoil Luimnigh inniu. Lá den scoth a bhí eagraithe acu le cuid mhaith ábhar machnaimh.

Colm Hayes ó 2FM a bhí mar fhear an tí le roinnt cabhrach ó Dustin an turcaí! Bhí an t-ádh dearg ar na daltaí éisteacht leis an gcór High Hopes agus an banna ceoil The Strypes.

An scéal a bhí le scaipeadh ag gach duine ná más rud é nach bhfuil rudaí i gceart duit, labhair le duine éigin.

It’s OK not to feel OK and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.

Sixty five fourth year students attended the Cycle Against Suicide Congress today in University of Limerick. A great day was organised for all with plenty of food for thought.

Colm Hayes was the host for the day with some help from Dustin! The students were very fortunate to get to listen the High Hopes choir and also the band The Strypes.

The message of the day was if things aren’t going right, talk to someone.
